Apart from this a Lifetime Achievement Award will also be conferred to a person of eminence.

 Nominations for the Awards can be filed online, either those who wish to nominate themselves or by someone who wants to nominate others. After the deadline for acceptance of Awards, an independent agency will use a methodology to go through the nominations, shortlist and finally select the winners. There will be top three awards in each category making it a total of 51 awards and a Lifetime achievement award.  There is no nomination fee for those who wish to nominate themselves or others.

 The programme which will be held at Sandhya Convention by KMK, Gachibowli, Hyderabad from 6 pm on Saturday 6th March 2021, will include talks by leading women from different sectors, presentations on skill development initiatives a Fashion Show showcasing handwoven and traditional textiles, dances by noted performers from various parts of the country, conferment of Awards to women who have made a mark for themselves in various spheres.

South India Cement Manufacturers Association Thanks the Hon’ble Finance Minister

Hyderabad : The South India Cement Manufacturers Association (SICMA) welcomes the historic budget of the Hon’ble Finance Minister, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman. At one stroke, the Hon’ble Finance Minister has addressed the various requests made by the Cement Producers from the South. The budget has special emphasis on infrastructure, particularly in the Southern States, not only on roads but also investments in the Metro Rail, the freight corridor from Vijayawada to Kharagpur.

For the first time, infrastructure spending is going deep into the South, which is extremely welcome. The steps announced by the Hon’ble Finance Minister to boost Realty Sector and affordable housing, will also help in giving a big fillip to cement demand.

SICMA has already represented to the Hon’ble Minister for Commerce & Railways, that Road and infrastructure projects need special variety cement. Cement units in South are sitting on idle capacity, which can be utilised for the Infrastructure projects in Central, Eastern and North Eastern regions, by offering either a telescopic freight or a long lead discount, thus increasing Railway Traffic.

SICMA is of the view that the Southern States which account for more than 1/3" of India’s Limestone deposit have the potential to become a Cement Hub for future development across India as well as exports.

 Hyderabad 2021:  Sri  Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao, Hon’ble Minister for MA & UD, Industries and IT & C, Govt of Telangana gave away Hybiz tv Media Awards 2021 to journalists and media professionals during a gala ceremony at Sandhya Convention By KMK, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

For the first time in India, Hybiz tv takes up a grand initiative to honour media professionals and acknowledge their role. Hybiz tv brings together professionals from Print, Electronic, and Radio on a single platform. An eminent jury from media community selected winners from nominations submitted in 30  plus  categories of Journalism, Advertisements and Circulation departments.

Outstanding reporters, professionals from advertisement, circulation and anchors  & special jury awards from various publications and news channels received awards from Mr KT Rama Rao.

The stage was shared by other dignitaries like Mr Narendra Ram Nambula, P. Chakradhar Rao, Dr Lion Kiron, Dr. Guruva Reddy, Dr Balraj Naidu, Dr Preethi Reddy, Dr Bhadra Reddy, Mr KRP Reddy, G. Ram Reddy, Mr Rajashekar Reddy and other guests.

Hybiz tv has also recognized the legends of media Indusrty who brought the difference & importance in media like Mr I. Venkat garu ( Director – Eenadu group), Mr Zahid Ali Khan garu (Printer & Publisher of SIASAT Daily), Mr Ranga Reddy garu (Printer & Publisher of the Hindu National Daily – United AP & Telangana).

Hon’ble Minister Sri KT Rama Rao congratulated all the winners.

Nine Covid Frontline Warriors were also felicitated on the occasion. Three journalists were given rs 50,000 each towards their kid’s education. Mr Rajgopal MD & CEO of Hybiz tv gave away the cheques.

While congratulating the winners Mr Rajgopal MD & CEO of Hybiz tv said, “ Media professionals are unseen warriors who face all odds and challengs to bring news to all of us. These awards are a small token of appreciation for their services”.

Mr Rajgopal also announced that this will be an annual event from this year onwards.
