The pretty lady has said that she liked the Goyaz exclusive ornaments so much that she will be wearing them more and more. She wanted everyone to try the different varieties of Jewellery available at the new store.
Hyderabad January 2023: Sealy, the US-based mattress company, opened “Sealy Mattress Gallery” in Hyderabad, Telangana on 23rd January 2023. This is the second company-owned store in India — the first one is in DLF Mall of India, Noida. Sealy has 24 other stores in major cities of India, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Erode, Tirupur and Indore. Most of these are franchisee-owned. The Mattress Gallery will be the 25th store overall, and the 3rd store in Hyderabad.

The store is being opened by Mr. GSS Jagannath, Director of Sealy India, in the presence of franchisee partners, colleagues, guests, architects, interior designers, and others. The Gallery is spread over 1000 sq ft, located in Midtown Plaza, Road No 1, Banjara Hills.
According to GSS Jagannath, the Gallery showcases mattresses ranging from INR 68K to 8 lakhs. The products are targeted at customers who don't mind spending more for ‘a good night’s sleep.’ The Gallery mainly offers a sleep experience to its customers with products for the Right Support, Comfort and Durability. The mattresses are designed to match the Indian customer’s requirements, while keeping in mind the Indian lifestyle and climatic conditions. The brand will offer comfort systems for unsurpassed sleep comfort.
The Indian organized mattress market is approximately more than INR 15000 Cr out of which premium and luxury mattresses commands 2-3% market share. The luxury mattress market is growing more rapidly than the overall branded mattress market, which is growing at 12-15% annually. Sealy falls into the Premium and Luxury segments, and is targeting a decent share in the competitive market. Sealy has seen this opportunity and decided to put up its first plant in Hyderabad, which will commence production by end of 2023 or early 2024. Our vision is to expand our distribution network to every important city of India in the next couple of years.

Karan Kumar (27) and Gayathri Kuppendra Reddy (31) have been selected among 500+ applicants to actively explore the role of private-public collaboration to solve the global climate crisis.
Hyderabad: Two young Indians Gayathri Reddy and Karan Kumar will attend the upcoming WEF Annual Meeting in January 2023, leveraging their collective experience of more than 15 years to bring climate issues to the fore, and enable positive outcomes through their engagements. They represent the Bengaluru and Mumbai hubs of the Global Shaper Community (GSC) respectively, two of the 500 hubs worldwide carrying out grassroots projects to tackle some of the most pressing problems in their communities and the world.
The World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Annual Meeting brings together more than 2500 world leaders from business, policy, and civil society along with select young people part of The Global Shapers Community (GSC), one of the Forum’s key initiatives focused on engaging young people across the world in driving dialogue, action and change.
Karan is the outgoing curator of the
Mumbai hub and a Programme Manager with Laudes India. He is focused on driving
circularity and sustainability in the global fashion industry by working to
both inspire and challenge the industry as a means to achieving large-scale
system transformation; bringing innovations to scale through collaboration,
investment, knowledge- and market-building. His work has led to early successes
in scaling critical low-carbon, circular technologies across different
geographies and sectors. Gayathri is the present Vice-Curator of the Bengaluru
hub and is an entrepreneur and investor. She is the Director of RGA Software
Systems Pvt. Ltd., a leading developer of Grade A commercial office spaces in
Bengaluru, India. She is also the Founder of KReate Foundation - a
not-for-profit that works towards a better Bengaluru by addressing problems
focused on the need for systemic urban planning and infrastructure development.
As young climate leaders, both Karan and Gayathri are keen to engage with governments and businesses at the meeting and spotlight emerging opportunities for change that we can all work collaboratively on. These include ways to move away from linear extractive supply chains by working collaboratively with industry, innovators, and producers; and working towards ensuring inclusive, long-term policy development through stakeholder mapping, education, awareness building and more.
