హైద‌రాబాద్‌, 2023: అది హ‌య‌త్‌న‌గ‌ర్ స‌మీపంలోని కుంట్లూరు మ‌ద‌ర్ డెయిరీ స‌మీపంలో ఉన్న 1750 గ‌జాల విలువైన భూమి. గ‌జం భూమి విలువ రూ. 35 వేల నుంచి రూ.45 వేల వ‌ర‌కు ఉండే ఈ ప్రాంతంలో క‌నీసం రూ.7 కోట్ల‌కు పైగా విలువ చేసే ఈ ప్రైవేటు భూమిపై రాజ‌కీయ గ‌ద్ద‌ల క‌న్ను ప‌డింది. స‌ర్వే నెంబ‌ర్ 206లో ఉన్న ఈ భూమిని బాధితులు మూడు ద‌శాబ్దాల క్రిత‌మే.. 1990లో రిజిస్టర్డ్ సేల్ డీడ్ ద్వారా కొనుగోలు చేశారు. దీని ప‌క్క‌నే ఉన్న స‌ర్వే నెంబ‌ర్ 159లో ప్ర‌భుత్వ భూమి ఉంది. ఆ భూమిని గౌడ సంఘానికి ప్ర‌భుత్వం కేటాయించి, అక్క‌డ కార్యాల‌యం నిర్మించుకోవ‌చ్చ‌ని తెలిపింది. అయితే, స‌ద‌రు సంఘ స‌భ్యులు మాత్రం ప‌క్క‌నే ఉన్న స‌ర్వే నెంబ‌ర్ 206లోని ప్రైవేటు భూమిని కూడా క‌బ్జా చేసి, అందులో పునాదులకు గుంత‌లు తీయ‌డం మొద‌లుపెట్టారు. ఇది నూటికి నూరుశాతం ప‌ట్టాభూమి కావ‌డం, దీన్ని ఆక్ర‌మించేందుకు కొంద‌రు ప్ర‌య‌త్నాలు చేస్తున్న‌ట్లు తెలియ‌డంతో బాధితులు 2023 ఫిబ్ర‌వ‌రిలో కోర్టును ఆశ్ర‌యించ‌గా, వారికి అనుకూలంగా ఇంజంక్ష‌న్ ఉత్త‌ర్వులు వ‌చ్చాయి. ఆ ఉత్త‌ర్వుల‌ను చూపించి.. ఇది త‌మ సొంత ప్రైవేటు భూమి అని, ఇందులో నిర్మాణ కార్య‌క్ర‌మాలు చేయ‌డం త‌గ‌ద‌ని చెప్పినా.. స‌ద‌రు సంఘ స‌భ్యులు మాత్రం త‌మ‌కు ఎమ్మెల్యే, మంత్రి అండ‌దండ‌లు ఉన్నాయ‌ని, త‌మ‌ను ఏమీ చేయ‌లేర‌ని చెబుతున్న‌ట్లు బాధితులు వాపోతున్నారు. అంతేకాదు, భూమి లోంచి వెళ్లాల‌న్నా, ప‌నులు ఆపాల‌న్నా డ‌బ్బులు సైతం డిమాండు చేస్తున్నార‌ని బాధితులు ఆరోపించారు. త‌మ సొంత భూమి కోసం వేరేవాళ్ల‌కు డ‌బ్బులు ఎందుకు ఇవ్వాల‌ని ప్ర‌శ్నిస్తున్నారు.

ఇటీవ‌ల బ‌దిలీపై వెళ్లిపోయిన ఒక త‌హ‌సీల్దారు.. దీన్ని ప్ర‌భుత్వ భూమిగా వ‌ర్గీక‌రించారు. సాక్షాత్తు న్యాయ‌స్థానం నుంచి ఇంజంక్ష‌న్ ఉత్త‌ర్వులు ఉన్నా వాటిని ప‌ట్టించుకోకుండా భూమి త‌మ‌దేన‌ని ఆక్ర‌మిస్తామంటే ఇదెక్క‌డి న్యాయ‌మ‌ని బాధితులు వాపోతున్నారు. ప్ర‌భుత్వ పెద్ద‌లు స్పందించి త‌మ‌కు న్యాయం చేయాల‌ని, త‌మ వ‌ద్ద భూమికి సంబంధించిన ఆధారాలు, కోర్టు ఇచ్చిన ఉత్త‌ర్వుల ప‌త్రాలు అన్నీ ఉన్నాయ‌ని, వాటి చ‌ట్ట‌బ‌ద్ధ‌త‌ను తేల్చిన త‌ర్వాతే త‌మ‌కు త‌మ భూమిని అప్ప‌గించాల‌ని కోరుతున్నారు.

Mom IVF fertility celebrates World IVF Day

Hyderabad July 2023 :  As Louise Brown, the world's first IVF baby, turns 45, Mom IVF Fertility, an AI-powered platform for fertility-challenged couples, celebrates World IVF Day in Hyderabad. Maa Hospital Doctors Performed a Rare Surgery

• In just 6 hours patient started walking and in two days the patient was discharged.

• The patient can now walk properly as he did before

An accidental fall caused a 65-year-old patient to fracture his leg around three months ago. Immediately, the patient was admitted to a nearby local hospital. Upon examination, the doctor came to the conclusion knee part wasn't broken.  As 2 or 3 months passed the broken knee became stiff.

Then, the patient was brought to us in the condition and earlier carried treatment was explained. “We have studied that patient's case completely and could acknowledge the actual knee problem. Due to age other techniques are not possible to repair his knee. That is why we used special implants. They are called Intramedullary rods. We performed knee replacement using some such special techniques which helped the patient to recover fast. He was discharged and went home in just two days. Now able to walk as usual” said Dr. V. Koteswara Prasad.  Before surgery, patient was unable to move from the bed. Our expert doctor team operated with great dedication and bought back to his former state and shed new light on his life.

Braveheart Shah visits Arunachal; cheers locals, sends China shivers

 

Hyderabad April 2023 : Braving all odds, Amit Shah paid a visit to Arunachal Pradesh, a first by an incumbent Union Home Minister. While the visit is a morale booster for the armed forces guarding and fending off untoward forces; it also demonstrates Shah’s leadership quality that upholds the philosophy of leading from the front. 

 

While the timing of the visit could not have been a better one, Shah also spent a night among the jawans at Kibithoo, a hilly terrain in the North-Eastern state just 15 km away from the sensitive Line of Actual Control (LAC), much to the amusement of the ITBP jawans.     

 

The HM did not go to Kibithoo, the first village in India, with empty hands. Fully aware of the fact that the area was devoid of development in all aspects, he offered them a Rs 4,800 crore bonanza under the Vibrant Villages Programme (VVP).  

 

The government is carrying out the ‘Vibrant Villages Programme’ with central components of Rs 4,800 crore including Rs 2,500 crore exclusively for road connectivity for four years from last fiscal. Under VVP, 2,967 villages in 46 blocks of 19 districts abutting the northern border in the states of Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Uttarakhand & Himachal Pradesh and UT of Ladakh have been identified for comprehensive development. In the first phase, 662 villages have been identified for priority coverage, which includes 455 villages in Arunachal Pradesh. 

 

With the VVP, the government is trying to kill two birds with one stone. First, with the development of infrastructure, youth from the area would refrain from migrating to other places for work and secondly, infrastructure development would help India’s jawan to retaliate against Chinese aggression with ease. Both are strategic and required full-fledged support from the Centre.

 

In an interaction with the ITBP jawans, Shah assured them of equipping with the latest ammunition and providing them with the fourth generation connectivity that would make it easier for them to connect with their families.   

 

At the Kibithoo event, Shah sent out a strong message to China, saying India would not allow even an inch of its territory to be encroached upon. Gone are the days when anyone could do so. Like a true leader, he gave the entire credit to the ITBP jawans and the Army who through their acts of bravery have shown that “no one can challenge the borders of our country.”

 

However, like a true statesman, he said, “Now, not even land equal to ‘sui ki nok’ can be encroached on. Our policy is clear. We want to live in peace with all but will not allow even an inch of our land to be encroached upon.” He also praised ITBP jawans profusely for their efforts to ensure that “the nation sleeps worry-free.” The message was loud and clear for the neighbouring country.
