         To save the youth of Telangana State from the unscrupulous and unauthorized private placement agencies, Government of Telangana permitted to form a Company vide G.O.Ms.No. 17, dated:08.06.2015 constituting Board of Directors with Hon'ble Minister for Labour as Ex-Officio Chairman with Principal Secretary Home, Commissioner employment &Training ,Secretary labour  as  the Directors. 

TOMCOM, Telangana Overseas Manpower Company was incorporated under Company Law in August,2015 and Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs, Government of India has issued Recruitment Licence to this Company under Emigration Act in January,2016.

          In accordance to the provisions of Emigration Act, the Recruiting Agent TOMCOM has taken up the recruitment and to build up the confidence in Telangana Youth for employment  in Middle East and South East etc.

       

  Delegation of officers led by the Hon'ble Minister for Home and Labour and Hon'ble MP, Nizamabad visited Dubai to attend Skill show organized by Indian consulate, Dubai friom 19 to 22 Feburary,2016.
